Brochure Design Specification

All our homes are designs to be built by block construction only. Attached is a brief description of the items included in the price for construction:

  • Planning & Percolation test:
    Planning permission applied for including completed house drawings, preparation and sourcing of maps and percolation test. Also includes any necessary fees to be paid together with completed application forms.

  • Driveway & Concrete path:
    20m hardcore driveway from point of entrance to front and one end of house. (Up to P.C. sum to the value of €2,000). Also 1m path to surround house.

  • Central heating: & plumbing
    Oil fired central heating with a high efficiency ‘condenser’ boiler connected to radiators in every room. All sanitary ware is also included

  • Windows and doors
    All windows are double glazed to meet building regulations. External doors are hardwood construction or PVC. Internal doors are of solid construction.

  • Insulation:
    Finlay Eco-fit Ltd supplied cavity wall insulation (either 80mm foil faced rigid insulation or 120mm platinum bead) and attic insulation to be 400mm clear fibreglass.

  • Solar Panels:
    Installation of solar panels to roof to heat your domestic water.

  • Complete Services:
    All necessary drainage for foul waste water to be provided and connected to waste water effluent treatment unit.  ‘Gravity’ percolation area. Rainwater from roofs to be piped to soakpits on site.  E.S.B. water and telecom ducting and trenches to house, not exceeding 25m.
