As part of our commitment to provide the best and most economical service to you our prospective customer all of the items listed are included for every home.

1. Planning & Percolation test:- Planning permission applied for including completed house drawings, preparation and sourcing of maps.  Also includes any necessary fees to be paid together with completed application forms.

2. Driveway:- 20m hardcore driveway from point of entrance to front and one end of house. (Up to P.C. sum to the value of €2,000).

3. Central heating:- Oil fired central heating with a high efficiency ‘condenser’ boiler.


4. Improved insulation:
- Cavity wall insulation to be 80mm foil faced rigid insulation and attic insulation to be 400mm clear fibreglass.

5. Renewable energy source:- €5,000 pc sum for a renewable energy source e.g. solar panels.

6. Complete Services:- All necessary drainage for foul waste water to be provided and connected to waste water effluent treatment unit.  ‘Gravity’ percolation area.  Rainwater from roofs to be piped to soak pits on site.  E.S.B. water and telecom ducting and trenches to house, not exceeding 25m.

In addition, we can also make alterations to any of the house designs enclosed in order to suit your individual requirements. Alternatively, should you have obtained planning permission yourself, we are happy to quote you on your own design.
