We provide a full package of ‘Design & Build’ on all our own designs under a fixed contract price. If you’re interested in building any one of our designs please contact us for our most recent price list.
If you wish to just purchase a house plan from us you can now do so, by clicking on ‘Download preview’ initially, then if you’re interested in purchasing you can click ‘Buy Technical Drawings’’ where you will be brought to our safe and secure PayPal Page.
All our one and a half storey homes has a minimum of one en-suite off a bedroom and all plans have walk-in-wardrobes for their master bedrooms. Another feature is that each dream home provides utility rooms with wheelchair access toilets located therein. And finally each new home has double opening doors to draw the great outdoors inside and harness the benefits of passive solar heat energy.
