With your own house design we include everything specified by your architect, engineer, or any particular specification you might have yourself.

When receiving our quotation please ensure your matching ‘like for like’, commonly we’ve found our quote might be competing with a basic quote with many exclusions with the possibility that those exclusions developing into extras at a future stage. Please be very aware with a price that’s too good to be true! Particularly when it comes to the construction of your home!
